What if I can’t make it live?

Don’t worry! Life happens, and if you’re unable to attend the session live, we’ll send you a link to the replay so you can still participate at your own pace. You won’t miss out on the healing benefits of the session, and you can watch it whenever it’s convenient for you. Just make sure to check your inbox after the session for the replay link.

Do I need any special equipment or tools?

The only things you need are a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, a stable internet connection, and headphones for the best audio experience. Using headphones will enhance the sound quality of the guided breathing music, making your experience even more immersive. Everything else is simple—just bring your open mind and your willingness to let go and heal. I’ll guide you through every step of the session, so you don’t need any special tools or equipment beyond what’s listed.

What if I get emotional during the session?
